Hey guys, my name is Brandon for those of you that dont know... GT: XC NCSU XC. . . i have a situation and was just wondering if anyone has a better view/opinion on what i should do. Some of you might know that I am the designated pilot for the scrimmaging side of CAG but there has been a situation where i can not get my battle log to be connected to my gamertag... i.e -- i cant put the CAG clan tag on or access battle log. I recieved my account from my buddy back when XBL was first created and his e-mail is still under the EA side of things i guess. I cannot get battle log because i can not access his e-mail/DOB due to the fact that we are no longer on speaking terms for a while now. LONG story short, i just subscribed for a whole years worth of xbox again on this account and the only other option i really have is to make another account and pay for the xbox on that one... (which means starting over for all stats and what not on BF3 and everything really)...

What to do??!, as you know the economy is SHIT right now so i have other commitments to be worried about than trying to pay for another xbox account. I may be inactive for a little bit so just to let you guys know about this.

Don't worry about it buddy, just play with the clan this way. We can figure something out for you. Don't go spending money just to get your stats and your gamertag connected. We know you are already in the clan, we are just going to have to deal with it.

can you sign into xbox.com?

Yeah you should be able to reset the email by going to xbox.com , your xbl account's email that is. If you are ablet o log onto xbox live on your 360 you should be able to log onto xbox.com using that same email and password, then you can change the email associated with your xbox account.

I would try xbox.com to try and log in 1st. Also if you do a google search for this problem it will give you the customer service number and after a few security questions and they will reset you email and password if needed. Now how long you might need to stay on hold is a diff story lol.
