I can also do the meeting on the forums in our Officers only forum, you guys have access to that and can see what needs to be worked on. I can set an agenda for you guys according to the game and you guys can report back with the progression of your duties. If you guys want to do it this way we can start right away.

I can set up what you guys should cover per your divisions on the forums and have you guys set up the meetings with your Divisions on xbl. I think that will be easier than trying to get the Officers from every division on at the same time.
