Cloud update for Tomorrow 25 JULY 2012

We will be pushing a Cloud Update to the Ghost Recon Future Soldier clients on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on July 25th at 10:00am EDT (14:00 UTC, 7:00 PDT, 16:00 CET).

Servers will be rebooted and players will need to reconnect to the service in order to receive the update. Expected duration of the downtime is less than 5 minutes.

Changes Include:

• Increased XP Values for the Stockade Game Type
• Decreased Stand Alone and Under Barrel HE Grenade Launcher Ammo Count to 1
• Increased the Power of all Bolt Action Rifles (ex, MSR and KSVK)
• Increased the Magazine Capacity of the VSS to 20 Rounds
• Decreased the Speed of the Data Hack while Using the Field Computer
• Fixed the UI’s Display of Several Alternate Spawn Locations

Please note that we will continue to monitor HE Grenade Launcher and Frag Grenade usage and make adjustments as necessary.

To verify that you have properly downloaded the Cloud Update, visit the Extras Menu and check the version number in the bottom right corner; it should read 1.X.5

Exactly dude, they just don't think ahead and expect us to wait for them to fix a fucking broken game. Although I don't mind noob tubes, others do and there is just no balance in this game at all anymore.

Grenades will sometimes kill you 2 feet from you and most of the times they wont. Just makes no sense dude.

It somewhat shows they are fixing a game but this shows they are knit picking from people who are bitching about little things instead of what really is a concern.... The connection and lag issues...

The server issues will never get fixed so don't even hold your breaths on that one. These type of servers are just not meant for a game like GRFS, they were already having these same problems on GRAW 2 and they still went with p2p servers. Until they do a complete overhaul of the servers do not expect the lag and disconnect issues to get fixed. Sorry to burst your bubbles you guys.

Also since the servers will not get better I would like everyone including myself to stop complaining as much into our mics in games about how terrible the server is. Unless we are in a private group chat I guess. When we are in-game we are representing CAG and I don't want our rep to go down classifying us as whiners and it could also make gamers mute or not talk on mics and could shy away potential recruits. However giving positive reports is always encouraged.
