Is any one else experiencing no players found when trying to enter a game mode? Its driving me crazy
I always find players, weird.
What game mode have you been trying?

If you have less than 1.5 in upload speed then that is why you won't find games, it sucks because the last update was supposed to have fixed this. According to UBISOFT, they lowered the minimum bandwidth requirement in order to play GRFS.
This is my test results, I have almost 2.0 Mbps for upload which is pretty damn good to have a steady game:
My upload speed was 4.11. I was trying to play saboteur. Its really weird like I can play one game, after that the majority of one side will quit out and the lobby will close. When I try to get back in the game mode it says no players found.
Hmm..weird...You shouldn't have any problems finding games then, unless they fucking ubisoft logic here is to put you in a game with someone with similar upload speeds which is probably you are having problems connecting to others.
My Xbox is about to go out the window and be replaced with a nicer newer xbox
