I used this new Xbox live direct message from the forums today and it is glorious! only slight downside is you have to turn on your box or smartglass to read any replies. But it does make it super handy to send a quick message to someone over live

It's not a big deal Cheech. It may not work because I believe our accounts would have to actively be logged into our Xbox live accounts at the same time. I added 2 new sidebar blocks
The first one shows all the active recruits on the forums for the current week.
The second block shows all the staff and officers currently logged in on the forums ....
This I hope helps recruits and members stay active on the forums .....

I have added a new feature you guys ...
Purpose:
This feature is designed to allow you guys to easily display usernames with their currently chosen HTML markup in posts, private messages, visitor messages and group messages. A new button has been added to your editor toolbar, which generates tags, short for UserName Markup.
Then by placing a valid username of a member of your forum within these tags, their name will display using the currently chosen display group of that user. It also automatically link to their profiles.
