Yes that's exactly what I mean,it pops just before you are able to log into the forums.

Honestly, I dislike the pop up. I thought it was a good reminder at first. But it would only remind me at night, when it first began. I had to adjust my viewing time of the site to get it to change. But it's still kind of off, and by the time I see it. On all devices, I've already done most my votes.

Earlier after the new update. I voted at work, and then tried my phone not on the WiFi and got nothing. I'll try again on my pc, ps4 was already used today.

But I'd like for the notice to get either another timing delay, or an option to opt out of being notified.

Yea, I know. But it's like a bookmark, it will remind you on the spot when you log in within the time the next day. It's not an issue, i've already learned how to handle and deal with it. I thought we were just throwing opinions at it.
