clan coordination!!!!!

Well, enjoyed the games I got involved into with you guys yesterday. Apologies if I didn't know entirely what I was doing (Had never played siege mode before, and also never worked as a team before) but managed to get a kill or two which is about as good as you can hope for and a new player!

Felt quite intense, All the communication took it up a level,which was real good! I'd never realised that there was a north Icon on the map until you guys pointed it out last night when you were saying 'they are coming from the south side' etc.

I do prefer Conflict, but only because it provides perhaps lesser skilled players like myself a chance to get some game time. Would like to get into some games with the Reaper team to see if they will have me!

@ Cheech - Apologies about running across that clearing when you shouted 'no no no no no' I had a switch cover icon appear on the other side, so went for it thinking I would just sprint across without much trouble.. but then as I popped out of cover it stopped running to the other side, and sent me arounf the corner so I was just standing there, so I just ran for my life to the other side!! Just letting you know it was never my plan to move forward, as I think you may have thought that was what I was trying to do.

Oh and I didn't throw the smoke grenade! lol!

The connectivity is a problem it seems, I don't know if it had anything to do with me as Im in the UK and you guys were all US it seemed, but nowadays that should not be a problem whatsoever..

Does the fact im in the CAG squad on GFRS mean i've been accepted now or do I need more games? no problem if that's the case, just asking

@ Ry8114 - Don't worry about not getting kills , I sometimes go games without a kill but if the team won I am happy. You will see as time goes by that I am very intense when it comes to playing online , especially when I am with the Clan, so don't get insulted when we yell at each other for doing something or not doing something, this will be something that you will hear all of us say from time to time.

As for being in the clan , we invite everyone to the squad from the get go, as long as you communicate during games you will be fine. As for the damn server shit, don't worry about that either, we have had games with UK players in the past nad had no problems, its their fucked up servers that are causing all these issues.

So just hang in there Ry, soon you will be moving around in games like its your own house, you will know where to go and you will hear things that you know what they mean and know how to respond to them.

Yeah puggy, I would go back to BF3 before I go back to MW3 though lol...but for now I am sticking to GRFS just cuz I am a fanboy of the game! lol...

But yes, I would also take gameplay over graphics any day too.

I have played the first ghost recon since on PC way back in the day...I too am a fan of the series but i know that both the graw games didn't have these types of issues...It seems that every game out there within the same genre as shooters tend to copy a way on how multiplayer is set up and it's total bullshit. Be original and all honesty I hate that they went to this dedicated server/choose a player to be host. It would be much better if they were to do a patch/update and change it back to where you can create a room the way you want it and choose the rules the way you want it...so that way if you get in a room and the host has shitty connection just leave. Another negative about this game is it doesn't have or show your ping. I will get on in about an hour or so and see if the servers are better than yesterday and start up a room for anyone that would like to join...if anyone that doesn't have me on their list my gt is : ACE B CATACLYSM

But these are not dedicated servers Bro , they are p2p servers which only allows for people with good upload speeds to play with matching players. The only thing this type of server is good for is for the automatic updates they do and send out because you dont have to download shit to your system, but the drawback is having to always sync everything from the cloud servers which not everyone can do successfully because of their upload speeds.

These p2p servers were good on old xbox and ps2 days, not now that you can use your hardrive to store the updates and patches , just does not make any sense why anyone would use p2p servers in next gen consoles.

Nemesis you can start having meetings for you squad now if you want and you can start letting them know about full clan meetings as well. Starting next month we "will" have meetings every week and we might break them down by geographical location, west times, central times and eastern times so everyone gets to attend the meetings without excuses.
