Well, long story going on here. Just logged on my xbox, and it said I have violated the terms of use... and it has an error code... I called microsoft and they said that my account was suspended because of my gamer tag... captainpeanut99... WTF? Whats wrong with that? They said that tons of people reported my name for being "offensive", and I was suspended. Now Im in touch with a microsoft employee on my email. They said that if people find my gamer tag offensive, its not appropriate for xbox live. And now I have seen some inappropriate GT's in my life, but come on! CAPTAIN PEANUT? whats wrong with that? And guess what, I can't even change my gamer tag for free... I'm really pissed at Microsoft right now...

Anyways, not sure If I will be able to play for the next few days and I hope this will not interfere with me entering the clan. -Peanut <--- Oops, thats offensive.

Wow , MS has fucking issues dude , my Son's account was hacked back last november and I didn't get it back till around feb of this year. The are about the most stupid fucking idiots around. Anyways, I got a response from this Microsoft Correspondent and it said "You won't be able to play on xbox live until you change your Gamertag, you will be able to log into xbox live, but features such as Xbox Live Marketplace, apps, games, and messaging others and joining friends' parties will be disabled until the problem has been solved. In response to your question about a free change, this cannot be done, because we must have valid proof of the problem."

I will get back and post on this topic when I get this problem solved but I'm not paying again for another GT when I just bought one! Valid Proof? What more proof do I need?

They tried to say my GT was offensive after I changed it from DemoDick , I told those fuckers off and told them if they don't allow me to have CheechDogg I was going to take them to court. No bullshit, within 20 mins they called me back on the phone and said it was all a misunderstanding, but that was when xbox first came out, now they can get away with stupid shit like this..fucking assholes....it pisses me off for you dude...

I just got off the phone with Microsoft, and they say that I'm still CaptainPeanut99, and I'm not SGT Potato. They actually gave me a FREE gamer tag change right now, and I asked for my 800 points back, but nope. I can't keep SGT potato now because I have to use the Gamertag Change feature they uploaded to my account, which automatically unbans me. I have to message all my friends again about a change? dammit. Sorry for the confusion guys, hopefully once I do this Ill be free to play with everyone...
If this doesn't work I'm going to set my couch on fire.
