Hey ya'll, I'm just wondering if any of you guys are getting GRFS at the midnight release or not? If so, maybe we can gather up a posse and get used to the game.

I don't know if I am getting it at midnight but I am most definitely getting the game. I played the beta already so I am pretty familiar with the game now
I wish I would have gotten the beta, but was so damn busy, just kind of slipped my mind. I haven't talked to anybody about it yet. How was it? How were the controls? And how is the team work aspect of the game overall?
Dude the controls for the game are actually pretty damn good. It took me a couple hours to get used to them more so the cover and shooting out of cover. I think if you can get a hang of that you can dominate if you work as a team. You definitely need teamwork to play this game, if you decide to run and gun you are not going to have fun playing it.
Although we did see quite a few runners that thought this was MW3 during the beta when you ended up in a good team that played as a team the game was dominated by us. I have a video of some of my gameplay you might want to check that out.
Overall the game right now in the beta stage is 10 times better than MW3 for many reasons. The hit detection is a thing of beauty, the cover system allows you to play as a team by allowing you to call out the enemy's position, throw in the great suppression feature that the game has and you can use flanking and ambushes against them with great results.
The suppression feature I think is the best feature besides the cover system, I have been pinned down by enemy suppression a few times and it is harder than hell to get out of it, if you don't have back up to help you out you are going to be fucked!
Yeah the cover system looked like gem to me, I really liked the "pick your spot to run to thing" looked neat. I was watching video on the suppression system and it looked beautiful, if I was pinned down by gun fire thats all I would see is my world rumbling around me lol, where are these videos that you speak of good sir? I'd like to take a look.
