Running Thermals?

I've noticed a lot of the top guys in CAG run the thermal scope in TDM. I've always stayed away from it because I feel it kills your field of view over a BOA 3. Am I missing something great? How do you guys run a thermal and what's the biggest advantage?

You can see. Almost no one runs cold blooded. So you can see them a mile away. They just pop out. Best thing ever

Thermals actually give you a pretty good field of fire and spot people before they even get a bead on you, I'd recommend using on longer distance weapons and set up.class accordingly

Thermal is the shit on an LMG and the BOA 3 on Assault

Tbh I hate thermal but it depends whether your into that sort of scope.

I just can't do thermal. Its all about reflex or ELO for me.

Yes I like thermal as long as its on a LMG with a grip and FMJ to get the job done

I ran thermals on Ghost a lot because the way the maps were set up ... But haven't tried it on BO3 ... But I do see a lot of us get major kills with it ... Might have to try it out

I have never tried on bo3 I use the boa3 on my xr2 or what his name is. But at this moment I love it. I'm just 3 assault rifle away from Diamond camo
