Kill Sepiks Prime In the Nightfall Quickly

I used to hide out in the left room when you enter the lair, but this is much better.

The only enemies you worry about are shanks that come out of the door. They shoot at you as they path away from you. You don't even have to worry about killing them. Focus on Sepiks and if he's hurting you, just hide further into the grate.
