Clan War Fine Tuning

First off, great fucking job thus far in this CW! We have worked wonderfully as a team and I am happy as shit to be a part of the squad. It really impresses me how much dedication everyone has playing at all hours of the night and day. Being in Korea I feel like it's hard to time up with USA guys but not with CAG, y'all fuckers are on 24/7 it seems like!

That brings me to my second point. I'm basically making this post as a reminder of some points that need to be brought up in the next meeting. I'll forget them if I don't write them down and everyone please feel free to add comments to the list.

***These are ideas, this isn't me undermining higher ups and are just suggestions so keep that in mind***

*Officers have my full respect and can beat these ideas to hell and I'll be completely fine with their suggestions*

1. Search and Destroy/Rescue. I suggested that we practice hard on these game modes outside of clan wars because we had some serious trouble with these nodes this clan war. I remember on two occasions where we lost 2-3 games in a row. Some people just plain hate Search game types and I don't think we should force them to practice against their will. My suggestion would be to get a search squad together of people together (Covie, Patron, myself, etc.) to knock out the search nodes while everyone else goes on to another node. It doesn't take a 6 man to win search especially if 2/6 people aren't good at search. Just an idea to be brought up at the next meeting.

2. Other clan members playing against the squad. Covie made a post about this earlier and while it's frustrating now. It could be a game changer in the future if the wins don't count for us with a clan member on the other team. Not to mention we don't want to get a reputation of boosting with members playing on the other team.

3. Playing with people not on the roster. I know it's being really nice and all when someone off the roster is helping us win games but if we have a guy on the roster waiting to play or playing solo while there is a 6 man team with only 5 roster members on it. We need to nicely tell the 6th man who isn't on the roster to kindly leave and to keep an eye out if one of us drops out OR if another roster member gets on and to party up with them. It's little things like this that doesn't really make a difference now in platinum division but will be a potential game changer in Diamond.

These are just a few points to start off with please add more problems we had. And keep in mind that I'm not bashing leadership as I think we are a well oiled machine at the minute and we're seriously kicking ass. I just want to prevent complacency and keep pursuing perfection!

To be honest I agree with you T_Ev I mean i love the partnership and family feel like of the clan this shit is awesome...

Now as far as the meeting we didn't have one this saturday during the clan wars that I am aware of do to wanting to concentrate on clan wars and hitting it hard BUT and i repeat BUT WE SHOULD HAVE....

Now to your comment on SnD/R. I suck at it and don't mind practicing on it to get better at it so thats a plus i am totally down with it. We tried putting something like this together well sorry breaks tried but not really sure what happened to it.

As far as people not in the CW Roster playing in the group with us thats awesome i love playing with Newbies and full time CAG members.. But you're right no longer will there be any CW roster member left behind to play on their lonesome. I have plenty of time asked for people to leave so we may make a full roster team i'm notorious for doing that I just don't care CW Roster we are here to win only way we will do that is with the full roster playing in a team. (and if you get asked to leave hey just know its not anything you did its just that we are here to compete and need the full team together, also there are 2 Clan War rosters one is CASUAL and the HC Roster so dont get them confused)

Now as for other clan members playing against each other well I agree and disagree.... During Clan Wars there will be no opposite team clan members at all if you do end up there hey face the wrath coming towards ya i pity ya... but out of clan wars i like the competitiveness of playing with each other and against one another. again thats after and before Clan Wars "NOT" During.

One thing i want to add is that the team is only as strong as its weakest link but then again the weakest link is as strong as the deadliest one if we play as a TEAM and not as a individual. I have grown sick and tired of having to lose so many matches because of people not wanting to listen and doing their own shit... So exhausted of repeating myself trying to get some order going... we definitely need some get right because shit tonight was shittie as fuck and that should have never gotten like it did.....

and yes if you have a suggestion bring it up there's no issue with making a comment or a suggestion.....

Good post Mr. Koruptdricn. All of this should be brought up at the next meeting. I also forgot one more point. We're always talking about who we have played with and who's playing the most/least, I wonder if there is a system we can get together about counting games played similar to getting our marksman. Kinda like report what games you played and put down who all played them with you. I know it may be a long shot and won't work unless it's taken seriously but if implemented correctly I think it would do two things:

1. Link up the two squads (Xbone and 360). Meaning we know who's doing what and who's putting in work and...

2. See who may should step down to the casual roster and have their spot replaced.

I am pretty sure something can be done about that but unless someone is on 24/7 to watch who is on playing i don't see it working unless officers make a list of who is on and what they playing all this to be done during clan wars of course. Out of clan wars i don't want to be pressured to play just one game when i need a break from stringing my brain out for 4 days in just one game....

But that being said and during clan wars... if you are on by your self shit by all means do what u must but if other clan members log on then you need to start heading over to ghost because for them four days we have an obligation if we are on the 360 or the 1 to participate in clan wars as we chose to be in the HC CW roster... if you on the casual hey by all means do what u like or what is that toxic requires of you to do.... But for the HC CW Roster its max participation at all times during clan wars if you chose to niglet this requirement do to you wanting to do other shit while your team is on then you need to assess your self and we will do the same to see if its a must of us to keep you in the roster since we need max participation During these 4 days.

(This don't mean that personal life issues will play a part in you playing, NO, its just for people who are on the system and not playing what's required of them to play for the 4 days)

These are all good points T_EV74 and KoruptdRicn and we can go over them in our next meeting. I want to thank both Of you for your work during our recent fight in Clan Wars and you commitment.
1. We already have a system in place for communication between xbox one and 360. It is the teams responsibility to text the players on the xbox one what game modes to play and that should be the highest ranking in the lobbies doing so.
2. Members stepping down from the roster will have to be talked about during our next Officers meeting and those member not participating should stand up and say they cannot commit.
3. We are a Military oriented clan. We never leave no man behind but we can ask members to do community service to add a cw member

T EV, you have been here long enough to see what CAG is all about and your ideas for fine tuning are very much welcomed and should be implemented.

Having specific squads for each game mode is what we need to start doing, I have said this from years ago but people never seem to want to play anything else but team deathmatch.

I like how CWs has made a lot of us more well rounded players in just about every game mode. Yes there are those that I just hate playing, like cranked and blitz, but other than those I will play any game mode as long as people work as a team and communicate.

I will make one point I don't care what you are playing other then a GB match working with the recruits is more important they need to be welcomed just the way most of you guys have been and they need to see how we do things I will not put up with recruits being pushed to the side for clan wars

You are right ToxicBob. We dont need to push recruits aside during clan wars. We need someone that can help them during clan wars. Someone that will be there!
I also agree with T EV and Cheech. Having HC squads and Core Squads would help. We need someone to set those up asap. I do know breaks 81 will be back monday. He may help?
