i know that medal from my last PC clan we used to go thru a class to get a sniper certification also this was on COD 4

I like the idea of a sniper award but I think since some people already have both gillies I think it should be like a sharpshooter or an expert marksman thing and go by kills and deaths just so its fair for everyone I would think since it is a lil easier with a sniper make it like an expert and have to go 20-5 in a match 10 time instead of five
