Who is your college team? Mine is the Huskers of Nebraska. I have followed these guys since I was a kid. My first football game ever was in the snow, Huskers vs Oklahoma. I can't wait for College Football to begin since the NFL is looking like total fucking retards.
So lets start a good discussion about football here you guys. I am starting to have withdrawals!

Cheech... Nebraska kicked our asses in September, but we won when it really mattered, in the bowl game! Good rematch coming up this September!
Twinz, you copped out and took the easy answer. UW has beaten USC the last two, and you should expect that streak to continue. USC is on their way down, and with Kiffen at the helm it won't be that hard to fall quickly. UW on the other hand is on their way back up to where they used to be...
Do I even need to respond to this Brando? It's all about the Dawgs and always will be! Nebraska throttled us during the season, but took the easy way out in the bowl game with the lame "we don't even want to play this game" excuse. Rough rough times the last decade but things are definitely on the upswing. As far as U$C Twinz, Lame Kiffen, nuff said.

Noli, we UDUB fans have watched over the last 5 years what can happen to a very good QB when he has zero protection. Luck losing 4 starting o linemen will be an interesting story to watch as the up coming season unfolds. He is no doubt the best QB in the league right now though.
I gotta stick with my state haha. Michigan University. Or Michigan state. Huge Ohio rivals which is funny because it's like our two states don't get along if you watch college football xD. Though.... I miss Troy Smith :(.

I live about 30 minutes away from Stanford, attend many games during the season. Everytime I go they win by 40 or more lol.
I just remember, the greatest sports game I have ever attended, which was Notre Dames at Stanford. It came down to the final play, close the hole game. When finally the final pass was thrown, I looked up at the clock, and I realized, "ITS OVER!". Man, do I remember Toby Gerhart, the heart of the team. He is now on the Vikings. Wow, whenever he rushed, he got Many yards. The excitment of him running down the field, running past opponents is thrilling. I Bought my first jersey, when I lived down In Los Gatos CA. This is when Trent Edwards was the QB for Stanford. If you dont know, Trent Edwards grew up in Los Gatos, so he is a hometown Favorite. He would visit Los Gatos a few times a year, all the fans would want his autograph. Still, I own that Jersey today, even though the Great Andrew Luck is playing, I still wear my Trent Edwars 7# Jersey. I love the tree that dances around, its always hilarious. The band with the marijuana leaf... Classic! My dad attended Stanford for Medical School, along with attending Harvard and Stony Brook. Stanford will always be my team, win, lose, die a CARDINAL!

Huskers need to start recruiting passing qbs, I am a running game guy, I love the Huskers and Skins both with a great history running the ball, but you still need that qb that can pass the ball , fuck these scrambling qbs that can't pass the ball for shit, I really hope Bo can start recruiting good qbs man...sigh
Lol we have arguably the best scrambling qb in the nation with denard robinson, but that isnt helping us lol. Michigan football is our ground game, and occasional pass, always has. not this scrambling qb shit, i hate it, down in the trenches is where this team made its legacy, but Brady Hoke is getting us back on track so here we go lol

yea that true if denard robinson and be more accurate while scrambling im not saying he is bad at it im just saying if he could possibly create more outlets then your passing game would open up to a new field which will of course open up the running game
The thing is, Robinson doesn't really have an arm period lol, very weak. As for griffin, he will be fine, has More than enough arm for the NFL. Has showed it all through college and will continue to. I see him a as Donavon McNab, uses his feet when he has to, except much faster and a better arm.
yeah, denard can actually throw the ball, he just likes to take off every chance he gets, that can lead to injuries and turnovers, which he had some of both already

Thats very true but he has got to learn if he wants to be a NFL Player because nobody is going to want somebody who just runs around and maybe get yards and possibly get hurt
