A little off topic but if I could suggest a read, its title is "Orphanage" by Robert Buettner. I meant to suggest it earlier; it is a series of 5(6?) books, that you might actually appreciate. The last couple are teeny bit off the wall, but hey.

also, i am moving this weekend so i will try to get things set up so i can get online. Need to knock out as many kills as i can this weekend bc you never know how the next week will go. Also want to get the recruit thing knocked out so i can start working on the next step. That way when the min. time in has been met ill be ready for it.
I really enjoy how you guys have steps or goals for all ranks and awards. Its nice to have something to strive for.
Man dont sweat it,so long as we see that the activity and interest is there from your part then the recruitment period can be extended but only on these conditions.
We as a clan will always stress that real life shit,family stuff ie u moving home,emergencies etc etc will always come front and centre.
Also I want to mention too that u are free to work on your sharpshooter award etc after you have obtained the required marksman kills.you may record these kills but understand if you complete sharpshooter before your recruitment period ends the award will not be recommended until you receive your marksman award,Dogg ribbon and rifleman billet clarifying your full member status.

Two reasons for this - 1/ Everyone that's Whiskey Co. is uniformed with their awards format and links to game and its only fair that should he complete his marksman he should by all means be able to follow the same suit especially if it has been explained.
2/ Every member once they pass recruitment have all the same obligations weather it be Alpha,Bravo,Kilo or Whiskey and that's to set a standard to recruit below them and show the correct guidance ie alpha/bravo members know their requirements/format inside out as soon as they turn from recruit to member they are fully aware of the correct guidance to follow through with.same goes with kilo and this shouldn't be any different for Whiskey Co. either.So initially their will come a point where he will have to possibly explain this to other new recruits same way u have done for him.
I am still getting the basics of everything. I have read and understand, just logging everything is still a learning process as it is very different as to what i came from. I will work on doing it right going forward. Dreag2121 has been great as have a few others in helping me figure everything out. I try to spend as much time in a match with the same weapon as possible to make it easier and have more count. Sometimes get mad and switch it up or just cant resist jumping in a tank to shoot down a helicopter or something lol. By the time i have completed the marksmen training, i fully expect to understand and have a firm grasp as to what exactly is expected so that i not only do things the correct way, but also can help guide and mentor others who may come after me.
Also Dreag, i wouldnt say sorry about the TDM lol It was interesting. I forgot to copy down the Battlelog links to the games so screwed myself there lol. It was still fun.
