Man idk Melendez is a fucking beast I just don't see him finishing Pettis and that's my rule, you have to finish the title holder to take it! If it goes decision it's always champs belt!
- Todo
YEah same here ..... it has to be a flat out knock out or submission to take someones belt ..fuck the decisions and all that bs ... you either win convincingly or you dont ...
Feel free to give some thought during the fights, I know I'll be throwing in my round winners!

Trujillo took round 1, dominating in every aspect.
Ferguson showing a strong chin and good ground game.
- Todo
Ferguson dominates second round and ground game gets the submission by rear naked choke!
Good young studs threw an exciting short fight!
Sluggish Trujillo in second round for sure ran out of gas!

Hey, Duffee just sets a dominant return with a huge knockout! Pops Hamilton in the temple and sends him to bed early.
Eyes to the back of the skull.
Clean beautiful victory for Duffee!

.33 second fight for the guys who know UFC.
Man has heart issues and dominates in the return! That's a remarkable finish for the non UFC guys!

Schaub pushes early but gets handled in the stand up and got caught with an uppercut, taken to the ground by Browne and steps up late into the 1st round and sets him up with some over powering punches and gets the TKO! 4:50 1st Round win for Browne!

Round 1 Melendez in my opinion. Trying to keep the fight close. Pettis showing good defense! And control! Great footwork and defense for Pertis but give round 1 to Melendez.

Pettis!!!!!! With the amazing tag tag tag and wrap with the Guillotine Choke!
What a finish! Love exciting fights but tactics beat brute strength tonight in that title fight!

Round 1 Lawler jumps out fast, Hendricks easily takes control of the out of control start. Takes round 1 in my opinion with the takedown and great 4-5 hit combos!
Great Round 1.

Brutal leg kicks, by the champ Hendricks, Lawler had a strong round but slipped at the end and was saved by the bell.
Lawler had the round but I'd give it to Hendricks a late comeback to take round 2.
- Todo
Hendricks dominating in every asset of this fight! I give 3 rounds to none so far favoring the Champ Hendricks.
Lawler would have to finish this fight if he wants this belt but is getting tagged by ridiculous combos!
Beautiful fight for Hendricks! So far!

Lawler comes back and has a solid Round 4! Hendricks is cruising knowing its in the bag as long as he doesn't get finished.
Lawler has to finish him this round or Hendricks will still be Champ!
- Todo
Wow!!! What's a finish for Lawler wins in 2 rounds for sure. But didn't finish he fight.
I think Lawler finished great but too late to win!!
You have to finish the Champ to take it in my opinion!
- Todo
48-47 Lawler
48-47 Hendricks
49-46 Lawler
New, Welterweight Champ Lawler!
Wow.... That is a first.
- Todo
Lawler fucking manned up in the 5th round! Just torched Hendricks soo badly in the 5th!
Great finish!

Hendricks fucked up period dude .... that up against the cage shit is so fucking weak .... about time that the judges said "enough is enough" even though he was the champion and he landed more punches that kind of shit right there is what pussies do.... like you said Lawler manned up and took it to him ...
I hope this wasn't ruining the fight for anyone!
Just really enjoy sharing my view of the fights. I pay attention to a lot of the little things other people may not see.
But yes Hendricks lost that fight just as much as Lawler snagged it knowing he was cruising to the finish!
Cut his ass up within those last precious minutes and really just seemed to want it way more than I've seen in the past by title contenders!

I'm also a big UFC fan
so what did you think of Robbie Lawler winning the belt?
I thought Johnny Hendricks should have kept the belt since he won rounds 1,2,3.

I feel the same way but I was pissed how he kind of gave up! I love the finish by Lawler. Also Round 2 was a toss up. Lawler just slipped late and Hendricks took advantage

As a "Champion" you need to actually win decisively and as the "contender" you need to win even more decisively, Hendricks didn't do shit but try to keep Lawler pinned up against the cage to wind tire him out ... he didn't fight like what he is known for... he was scared of Lawler and you could see it from round 1 ... You either win by a tko, ko or submission or you don't when you are a champion... I hate seeing belts exchange hands through a split decision, but Lawler did everything he could under the circumstances which were Hendricks having him pinned up against the cage almost the whole fight ... but even then Lawler was still the more active of the two ....
Yes, Hendricks landed more punches but none of those punches were worth anything in my opinion, they didn't hurt Lawler all they did was make Hendricks look active ...
