Do you mean the Marksman Badge of 250 Kills? If so then yes I have.

No there's a badge before the sharpshooter that is called riflemen it's 300 kills

No it's called riflemen on the awards section it should be right before the sharpshooter

hey guys i know you didnt know this steel but in order for you to complete your riflemen and sharpshooter you need to have your dogg ribbon first. In order to get that you have to wait out 30 days after getting your marksman done. Also keep active on the site. So until then what you are doing is pretty much wasting your time.
