All award requests are done for the week, congratulations to all our new members and everyone else who got their new badges and medals ! great work you guys!
Also on a side note, we had 1200 unique visits on our site yesterday, for the weekend that is pretty damn good considering it's football season and all ! Great job you guys on stay active on the forums and keeping the discussions interesting !
Ok you guys, all award requests have been processed. I have a couple guys who requested awards without posting their Marksman's thread, make sure you guys get that done ASAP:

All requests are done for this past week. Quick notes:
The request link for the Tactical Precision Medal is now available for everyone. If you have not received all of your TP medals you can request them now. This is one of the few medals and awards that will be stack-able, which means you may request it as many times as you get it.
Also, the Quarter Pounder Award, if you did not receive it and you were on one of the 2 squads that earned, you need to request it yourself!
Also, make sure you don't have duplicate awards and medals of any others unless it is the TP, Quarter Pounder or Reinforcement Medals.
And last but not least, Nemo249, you need to request your Dogg Ribbon and Marksman's Medal.
Thank you all for your hard work and I will have the two new awards done by Friday.
I need all forum Moderators to move all award threads to their correct forum ..
All COD related awards threads should go in the COD Awards and Medals forum
All Battlefield related awards threads should go in the Battlefield Awards and Medals forum
All Titanfall related awards threads should go in the Titanfall Awards and Medals forum
Under each of these forums you will have sub forums for each Brigade's Marksman, Sharpshooter and Expert Medals
All other Medals must be placed under the Awards and Medals forum for that Brigade ....
This forum here will only be for general questions and for the main requests thread for all awards ....
If you guys have any questions or are confused ask your questions here ! ...
I am pretty sure that all my bf guys have been putting their awards in the bf awards thread but I will go through everything tonight when I get home..

In case you guys haven't been told ... I will allow screen shots or pictures taken from your phone for you guys to confirm your games ...
The screenshots and pictures do have to have official clan members in the game. This will make it easier for you and us to confirm your games instead of having to wait for the members in those games to get online and confirm games which sometimes takes a long time because people can not get on the forums ...
So use the screenshots and pictures you guys , take advantage of it !!!

A quick update on a couple of awards ...
The requirements and text for the Quarter Pounder and Combat Action Ribbon have been updated to avoid confusion ...
Remember, "Team Medals" or Ribbons can only be earned by a full "Squad" of 6 CAG Doggs no recruits allowed ... If you see the word "Squad" in any award, you should already know that a squad in CAG is a full team of either 6 full clan members on COD games or what ever makes up a full team on any other game series ...
If anyone has any questions about any of the awards, do not hesitate to ask before you start your quest towards obtaining any of the awards ...
I am having to deny Jw Gym Freak his request for the Quarter Pounder Award on Search and Destroy because he didn't have a full squad of 6 full CAG clan members ... sucks but those are the rules ...
Now that we are clear, I will have a FULL squad of CAG and we will accomplish this TEAM medal and many more to show people that no one can stop CAG!!
Attention everyone ... starting immediately the criteria required for the Good Conduct Medal is going to be as follows:
The medal is awarded to any active-duty enlisted member of the CAG Clan who completes six consecutive months of "honorable and faithful service". Such service implies that a standard enlistment was completed without any disciplinary infractions. If a service member commits an offense, the six-month mark "resets" and a service member must perform an additional six months of service without having to be disciplined, before the Good Conduct may be authorized.
A Bronze Star will be used to denote additional awards of the Good Conduct Medal for every six months any active-duty enlisted member of the CAG Clan completes without any disciplinary infractions.

Thank god dude cause the it would have gotten blown up with all the requests. Should company commanders recommend these then? Or can you just look at infractions? Yeah that would probably work.

Now you guys have to look at everyone who has this award and award it accordingly ... Those who have duplicates of this award we can just simply remove them ....
The award NCOs will have to take care of this unless you want to help them out ...
But once we have it straightened out Platoon Sergeants will determine and keep track of disciplinary actions in their platoon .... Makes sense?
Yessir. My thought process isn't the best first thing in the morning lol.
I mean all I have to do is look and see that the person applying doesn't have an infraction thread with their name - IE infraction for BlameItOnGod13 - in the Chain of Command forums. I know the CoD guys always post about them and the results and such which is what I want the BF guys to do as well if they feel the need to hand one out (which was discussed at the last meeting)

For the next couple of days I don't want anyone requesting or submitting recoms for awards and medals besides the people who are in charge of doing so ... THose who are in charge already know to do it with time in between each request and recom .. "I" want you guys to wait at least 5 minutes in between request and submissions ..
To the guys who are processing awards and medals the same thing ...do not do them all at once wait a few minutes in between each ..you can do 5 at a time and wait a few minutes then do more ....
The processing power needed for all these actions is very server intensive and we need to be careful of how we do things ...
Also ...if you guys see the website loading slow give it a few minutes to recoup itself ... every hour at the top of the hour I have scheduled tasks that maintain the website and keep it running smoothly ... if you see the website loading slow don't keep hitting buttons or trying to load the page that is taking a bit to load up .... close the page and come back to it in a couple of minutes...take care of your site , your forums ...
If I keep seeing the same people agitating the website over and over again I am going to ban their ips from the server and you will not be able to return to the site anymore ...
If you keep hitting buttons over and over to see if another page will load for you, all you are doing is IP flooding the website and like I said if I get emails with your IP trying to load more than one page when you should be waiting a couple of minutes to let the site build up its "MOJO" I WILL ban your IP !!!!

Everyone tried to see if the site was back up so there were tons of IPs that were flooding the site as it was down ... but I already know the cause of the crash so no need to worry ..but I just needed to let everyone know what to do in case the site is slow when loading ... waiting a few minutes for the site to recoup in the first 15-20 mins of each hour is not much to ask for ...
Personally I was refreshing the page, mainly out of frustration, but I didn't know doing that slowed or affected the website as I know basically nothing when it comes to running a site, but it's useful information and I'll know for the future [emoji122]Quote:

Please be careful when submitting new recoms and requests ..DO NOT submit and recommend too many at one time ... Due about 5 at a time and wait a few minutes in between ... I know you guys are probably a bit behind but with all the new recruits and new members awards and medals need to be handled properly to avoid any problems with the forums and our server ... unfortunately our host gets their panties in a fucking bunch and they have started crying about how many processes it takes when we are busy with awards and medal processing ... this is not our fault they just want to "talk me" into paying them more for hosting our site and forums and it is something we never had a problem with and I am not going to buy into their bullshit about needed a more expensive plan to host our website ..
So once again ... you guys may once again resume the awards and medals requests and recoms but please be careful and take your time doing them ... take care of your site and forums you guys ...I appreciate your guys being so damn patient ...
