State of Decay is new XBL Arcade game and it's everything Left4Dead and Dead Island should be. while you do fight zombies just like both mentioned titles, the rest of the game is totally different. it focuses on survival not combat.

I just started playing it today and I can see it becoming a game that envelops me until I beat it.

I just had a convo about this today with a friend telling me how awesome it is. I was a L4D crazy addict so I'm thinking I will like this one as well..mmm..zombies.
it's so good. i feel's more like what a zombie apocalypse would be like as far as gameplay. i love how your supplies at your base refresh every real world day - i think that's so cool.

yeah i have seen some DayZ gameplay and this feels fairly similar.

I was on that too last so realistic, you can practically go in every building and get supplies, was just like watching walking dead. Best zombie ive playef.

Just got done with the trail. Its a damn good game except for the minor bugs here and there, and the shitty animations lol. Though nothing to complain about. Im sure that will all get patched. Sadly nothing here that made me feel like i must own this game... kinda reminds me of a less creepy, but open world version of Alan Wake.
Bet your asses ima buy it though if it goes Co-Op! Until then, i'll just play the demo over and over haha.

I'm prob gonna downloads this later as iv watch some gameplay footage on utube and it impressed me.must have watched at least 2 hours of gameplay and I'm an avid follower of dayZ as well.check out goldgloveon YouTube he thats were I watch the dayZ footage.
