It appears that the problem isn't Xbox Live necessarily but Microsoft's whole cloud service. It's much bigger than gaming.

Finally got synced up

i was able to download the dlc, but when i get into the game, it's not an option and the server browser choices tell me i have to purchase the dlc. This is lovely.

Medi pack patch is bullshit!think they might have fucked with the l85 assult rifle aswell

You have to go into store and download it from there after the patch

I think they messed with the l85 as well... I noticed a higher first shot recoil. But I didn't see anything in the patch notes.

I was looking also all day and couldn't find anything on it

L85 is the same. L96 did get a tweak.
