Er uh, maybe that was the first time it popped up like that for me. Click, "Fucking hell yeah" and it made me fill in some stuff and the like. Haha I must be trippin.

You got the popup because you can now choose how many points you want to give other members ... the more rep points you give the more you will be able to give out ...
