That's exactly what I mean man,sometimes it's the most stupidest fucked up things that anyone could think of that gets people down.
Iv have been on Prozac now for 3 months due to depression,having more up days that down at the min which is a surprise as iv had to give up work to care for my son and one would think that being at work was a stress and anxiety but honestly it was mentally more draining with consistent worry about family life.Crazy how depression works out with the mind and body.
