There's quite a few ppl that need to be considered, just remember guys that everything comes in to play when ranks are awarded as to run properly with the chain of command.
Be assured that all decision are talked over and are made as group with respective officers involved

I agree with HG, or Mechro, but obviously its up to higher powers than me, especially with me working so much, waiting for a new controller to get here, and not having time to play! -sad face
On a brighter note, I have a coolant system and new MOBO on the way with a spankin new quad core processor to get my PC up and running, so I can work on medals and such.
CAG rocks the vote!

With respect...this is a decision to be made in private. As John quite rightly states....all things must be taken into consideration.

no one is making any decisions in this thread Arch and all i'm saying is in a roundabout way there's actually a shitload of good candidates.
Just as other leaders are saying ... there are many things to consider. Forum activity, marksman/sharpshooter/expert badges, time in clan, in-game activity, the person's desire to take the position, proven knowledge and adherence to the clan rules.
We appreciate the recommendations and we also feel that these guys have been stepping up their games but we need to assess the candidates as a whole.
I expect that we'll have more changes coming down the line with opportunities for members to prove themselves, the release of Hardline as one example. The biggest deficiency of candidates tends to be forum activity and not having your weapon badges (MM/SS/Exp) so I would recommend working on those first if you have a desire to lead. It also doesn't hurt to express this desire to your superior.
Edit: Another very important factor is working with recruits, helping them with their marksman and navigating the forums.
Good stuff guys :P
