Yes it does. But with everyone doing these badges at the moment there is a lot of games to confirm just makes it a little easier and faster for everyone to get theirs games confirmed. And we require it from recruits and already had a previous recruit do the "well this guy didn't so why do I have to"

If you want it to be a requirement for your recruits that is company business. But it's not a clan requirement.
