He is showing as registered user which means he did confirm his email. I am not sure why it is not creating an application thread.

Make sure you are confirmed - sometimes it doesn't go right through, which would mean you didn't confirm the email sent automatically. Once you've confirmed log into your account & that should clear any issues

it says my account has already been activated

Can we do something to get this user sorted with his problem??
