No, there has to be a full member to witness it. By the way, not to deter you from playing core or anything (I always played core before I joined CAG and still do), to get the requirements done, hardcore is much faster.

It will be so much easier to do your marksman with fellow CAG members, we are there to help the recruits and will show you where to go and watch your back while you get your kills
