People seem to think its about calories its not. Sugar and sodium are the killer. Theres a really good documentary about it on netflix. Cut those back and youre good to go!

Any advice would be great and Im willing to take any help really. Just I work fuve days a weel from 4pm - 1am. So only two days of down time for anything else.

I know it sucks but if you really wanna shed pounds you gotta aim for 3-5. For me it means no life especially with 10 hour days but if I end up knee deep in muff then it's worth it.

I would love to have that 3-5 days off. Just its hard right now because Im the only lead for the group of people unloading trucks at that time.

Nah dude I've been workin 5-7 days a week I'm saying exercise 3-5 days a week with the goal of 5. Ideally, be active everyday

Diet is always key first. You can go down the low carb route but when you start eating them again you can put weight back on. Your best bet is to cut your carbs and fat to a sensible level. Increase protein intake and do 30 to 60 mind of cardio a day

Tips above are great to learn from. I would read the blogs on muscleandstrenght.com they have great routines, diet tips and video instructions to get you started. If you don't like doing cardio, join a kickboxing/boxing fitness class. One of the best ways to burn fat all across your body. Also when you wake up have a glass of water with lemon juice first thing to balance your ph levels
