NHL has EASHL this year and Play A Friend but if they fuck it up I will drive to EA Canada and Hulk Smash their offices
EASHL is shit dude you either whip the floor up against scrubs or get cheesed by cherry pickers and backhand forehand backhand abusers. Nobody plays that shit like a real game. Granted I still play it but it's not the highlight or high note of NHL. personally I prefer be a pro or whatever they'll call it this year. If we have a few people who get that game a GM connected league with a fantasy draft could be a lot of fun. Maybe get some randoms involved from some boards or something. Who knows dude, the game might suck again and I pass completely. I try to buy games with the thought of "did they wow me and do they deserve my money"... Did a Dev REALLY earn the money your throwing at them. As I've gotten older I've become a conscientious gamer I just wish it was more common. Only thing that bugs me.
