I would love this! I wanted to start working out and had no idea what to do so I just started doing pushups and chinups. Started at 10 a day and have been doing one more each day. At 57 now I'm getting pretty jacked lol
I to would would look to hopefully take full advantage of this.my fitness work ethic is pretty good and im not a guy that quits,big think that I would need help with or that would be weak would be the nutritional side of things.my diets pretty damn crap and would need a complete overhaul along with staying within a low funds budget as im the sole earner.
If I had to write a goal down for what I would be wanting to achieve it would be to bulk up and do so in a nutritional and workout way to make my lifestyle healthier
