Go to clan awards tab find the games and request it those awards you can. Do your self

Some of the awards you can request yourself. All BF and COD medal do need a recommend by officer. Marksman, Sharpshooter, expert and etc like Pistol marksman - expert also need recommend by officer. Same thing with the Sniper medal.
