I'm 100% down to jump into Diamond Division - With the new Recruits we have that should be processed prior to this next Clan Wars we should be able to take it by storm once it releases. :)
I don't see a reason for staying in platinum after we destroyed all the clans in the last war. We can hang with the platinum clans

if we go in to diamond, as we all want.. then all members of predators who are online need to be participation. no excuses
thats my opinion anyway.
recruits. sorry, we are doing clan wars and will get you in to games when we can. invite or responsibilities on another game. sorry you will have to wait until wars are over
if they cant participate in CW during the limited timeslot that they run then maybe predators is not the right place for them
i dont say this to be mean but in order to be competitive we need all members to do their part

Recruits are priority but during CW the Predators gotta focus on CW. I know we have members in the casual side and we just gotta see if they can help the recruits out. I also have members on my froends list that have Advanced Warfare and arent in predators. I can see if those members can assist us during times of war..

to me, playing a different game when needed on AW shows that they are not dedicated enough to be counted as a team member and that their priorities lie somewhere different
not a big deal if they speak up beforehand and opt out of the preds but a huge problem if they remain in the "team" and don't share the responsibility
