2nd Platoon Meeting Details

Ok if you checked the Calender you know what this is about, if not then go look at it before you read this.

This meeting will be held in a match room that is going to be locked and the pass will be disclosed if you PM me, Cheech, REBORN, or Silent (Plans may change). We will be there to judge you at your skill and your ability to work as a Team and follow orders as they are given with us having to say over and over before you even think about it. This part can be make or break for the players that we are worried about. Along with this skill test we would like to see you bring some people along with you that are interested in joining the Clan. For them to make it they have to know what they are doing and follow the same guidelines your are expected to.

This meeting is important to all of the Clan, so we request all of you to be there. If this is not possible then make sure you give one of the Leaders a reason why you can't attend. That is all the information we have at the moment but will be adding more soon.

Good stuff Sergeant reaper. Lets get all of our ideas together before this meeting. All issues, concerns anything that we think should be addressed at the meeting.

If I can not make the meeting which right now is highly unlikely that I will not be able to attend since I have a leave of absence from work because of some minor surgery I had done on my big toes, I need REBORN, reaper and silent to get an agenda ready to present to the Clan. Leave nothing out and be blunt about everything. You guys are the Leaders and should have no hesitation as to what gets covered during the meeting. I am giving you three full authority over matters for the SOCOM Division and all three of you have to come to an accord on how to run things on SOCOM.

If I disagree with your decisions I will only then step in and only then. We need to find one more Member of the Clan to bring the total amount of Leaders on SOCOM to four soon. I have already cleaned up the roster and we must maintain a strict but well structured system in place to run the Clan.

I am almost done with a more detailed structure system for the Clan that I will present you three with and a majority vote will determine if this system will be implemented or not. Thank you guys for taking the initiative and so far so good.

Well, I haven't been told by anyone that they can't make it tomorrow so, if you haven't sent one to other leaders, you must be there or you may get a Demerit point. And recruits can only get one any officers can only get 3. So, other leaders post here the people who can't make it or if you though you could make it but can't, please post here.
EDIT: Only Cheech is the only one that maybe out.

Damn, that was fucking sad as hell. Only 5 people were at the fucking meeting. ME, Cheech, REBORN, CRAk, and Enhance. And i know some of you were online so there is some bullshit here. IT would only take 10 minutes of your fucking time.

All that did not attend will receive demerit points. I will have a talk with each and every single one of you that did not attend the meeting. If you do not respond to my conference meeting you will be removed immediately from the Clan no questions asked.

Everyone got an invite to REBORNS room silent. That is why everyone needs to log to the website like REBORN just posted, you don't log on you wont know what is going on.

The only ones that have been visiting the site are REBORN, reaper and honestly that is it. This is the last time the rest logged on:

1. Tru=Nov 18th
2. Rasta=Now 17th
3. Crackhead=Nov 8th
4. The-Interrogator=Nov 15th
5. EnhancedDocoder=Nov 21st
6. silent=Nov 23rd

Those are the only ones to have logged in this month. That is pretty damn pathetic if you ask me. As I said before, I am going to require everyone to report 2-3 times a week, if this is not done, I will remove those players who do not report. Unit Leaders need to make sure their Unit Members are registered and report.

As of Nov 21st the Unit Leaders are:

2. reaper
3. Silent
4. crackhead

It is up to you four to make sure your Unit meets the requirements. I am going to set up a list of requirements and they must be followed. REBORN I cleaned up the roster and I still have not seen all of the Members in your Unit registered. Get on them about this, tonight I will be removing certain individuals from the Clan.
