Have to put Xbox one it's side just to get it to even work for a bit. Than it'll make a sound freeze than quit. Than spend minutes to hours turning it on holding power button in to reset it and repeat till it works

Are you a part of the Xbox preview programme as this is the only way that I can see something like this happening in regards to any update.
With the preview programme anyone that partakes does so on their own heads especially when these future updates etc may not be fully complete or bug/problem free
