I think he's talking about this pack that boost u up to level 30 ? I bought it when it was on PS4.

Ya its like getting all the DLC packs with other games all the Old stuff up to the current and future content. Plus a bunch of perk gear/award junk and a lvl 25 token. which I'm not using on this first Character so I can learn the game a little better.
