Most people, guys and girls, want the million dollar body with a ten dollar work ethic. The best shape I ever got to was 228 pounds at 6'2" with the beginning of a six-pack showing. That was working out five times a week for around an hour and half. Measuring everything I ate for six months at 26 years old/no kid/just got married. Eating the same crap everyday for six months gets old quick.
