I always catch atleast 2 or more members on when ever I sign on so maybe even go through the Bravo company roster or go to my friends list and look for CAG members that way that are online and reach out to them. Go to the bravo company rosters and add everyone. As a recruit it is your responsibility to add members and inform them you have done so with a quick xbl message.
There are a lot of players who play various games on the one. If you are not catching people then I would assume they are not aware of you....

As sprayaim said, your given a list of players to add when you recurve your application confirmation so finding players to run with shouldn't be to hard if you add the right people mate
