I am currently getting my degree in fitness and training. Supplements, excersises any questions you got I can answer them if you don't feel comfortable posting message me would love to keep the members healthy. Just to give you an idea of my own skills used on myself.

Alright I can honestly say I haven't really worked out at a gym I did at home but the basics push ups and shit, what do you reccomend I start at home I wanna start hitting the gym I may possibly think about joining the army and I want to be in shape I'm not fat its just all the food and alcohol is making me just make my stomach fat lol, I'm 170 and 5'6"
