Techno Tuesdays!
I have noticed that there is a metal Monday thread but I am not the biggest fan of that genre, but hey to each there own and light of that I am starting this thread. Every Tuesday I will post one of my favorite techno or edm music tracks that I love, sit back listen and enjoy!
First up is a catchy tune by one of my childhood favorite bands, Daft Punk, pioneers in their field of music the only thing that seemed to surpass their immense talent was their iconic music videos. In this video we see a surprisingly spry Christopher Walken could actually dance! So here's the video featuring mister Blast from the past himself!

Since this week I am out on a business trip. I need to keep it short and sweet. This song is not only a catchy one that you will hum for days...I it was also an eccentric video that told a story that seemed to fit well with the lyircless song...
For today's techno Tuesday I presents a funk by daft punk

Oh my teenage years striking independence from my family's choice of disco, and not the decent disco, classic rock. I continued my journey into the exploration of EDM. This song was so catchy I remember not being able to contain dancing anytime it came on the radio. Don't worry for public safety I have ceased the 90's dance as they are too dangerous for me to try in my now older more filled out self. This is just one of many songs from the 90's era of EDM that I still listen to to this day.
Please enjoy Alter ego ft. Daisee Dee - Dance if you cannot

Holy fuck is it Wednesday...shhh don't tell anyone I was a day late....lol but since not many follow this yet I should be OK.....
This song has been sampled and remixed so many times odds are that if you haven't heard the full original song you most likely recognize it regardless. The music video is hilarious and I honestly never watched it until a few years ago. But I have been listening to the song since I was 14 years old..
Enjoy The Bomb - The Bucketheads

Since I am on the road I will keep this one short.
A childhood favorite song got a new twist in the 90's and I still love listening to it to this day
Enjoy Sesame Street Techno Remix.

While waiting for my flight to board o thought this would be a good time to bring my next installement of techno Tuesday.
Before my ears succumbed to the acute remixes and melodies comprised within EDM, I started my music listening like most teens in the 90's did, with bands like AC/DC, Green Day and Nirvana. So as I shifted into different styles I always was a fan when and EDM artist would sample and reinvent songs I already knew like breathing new fire into my respect for the unlimited facets music can offer.
The next song I have chosen to present samples audio for the lyrics are from "The Shamilar" which is written and performed by Gylain

Oops clicked the wrong button...lol
Performed by Gylan Kain who is one of the last poets... The main audio sample used is from Nirvana's song Very Ape from their 3rd album InUtero.
So without further delay, I present
Voodoo People - The Prodigy

That one was so catchy back in the day that when I caught it on the radio I taped it to a cassette and filled the whole 90 min. cassette with it repeating nonstop...
