im pretty sure it means your a recruit. but i could be wrong lol
That's what my thought was too breaks but I can't ever remembering an (R) being next to my bane when I was a recruit and I've been there twice now

Yeah I've been seeing that a lot as well. And it's only next to the purple member names, and I think it's just a more in depth measure to help keep track of the recruits.
