Because your questions need to be asked on the forums. ..ask anyone. ..i don't answers questions sent by private message for many reasons. ..the main one? ...ur questions might be someone else questions as well. ..

There are many members of staff Within CAG that would be happy to help, just follow your chain of command and ask whoever directly above you In rank for your particular game... For eg ask your lance corporalQuote:

We have a chain of command so the top leaders do not need to try and help everyone by themselves. If your particular problem us one that your lance corporal cannot help with then they would approach the person above them (or you can) and so on

Seems to me that lack of activity on forums is what has went wrong here.
