BF4 Squad Recruitment

I'm unsure if i am following your recruitment selection process perfectly here but here goes:

I'm an active BF4 xbox 360 player (3 or more days a week possible) looking to join an active memberbase of BF4 players that can effectively communicate. Am I in the correct place?
