Recruiting Nights
Ya know it kind of occur to me following John example each squad and group of cag should do a recruiting night were all they do is play at their best and focus on sending msg to specific players ya know invited them to our party n see what happens rather than just mass om people..just an idea we use to do in our old clan work great :)
What you guys think?

Re: Recruiting Nights
CAG - And yes it's a good idea, but we could do it whenever we wanted, sending recruitment messages to the best players.

Re: Recruiting Nights
That's true I mean like having an official night were this all we do :) at times on our parties I notice we and another cag be joking about recruiting people base on the or skill n names lol yeah don't even ask em about that :p but we actually do it while everyone else I guess just focus on the games.I just feel having something official set will help..has if we do it every day for go the casual route then only like a few people will do the effort.Dont get me wrong we don't want to force people or go crazy with this but more of a guidelines type of deal like hey folks tonight is recruiting nights so let's all make an effort n focus on that tonight let's see if we can get one or two good
players to apply.thats more of I'm suggesting type of deal:)

Re: Recruiting Nights
True on the clan tag but at the same time that doesn't mean very much there's a lot of players on bf that aren't in clans that have a fake clan tag I was one of them I roll with wolf or 101 or stuff like that if they are in a clan there just not way to know unless they join.I see your point tho blamed.

Re: Recruiting Nights
you can check battelog and see if its an actual platoon with more than 1-4 members. in that scenario its probably just some buddies that play together
