Armor Repair 101
basically i just wanted to post some quick tips for anyone that my end up running a tank with me.
1. Exiting the Tank
first things first, how to exit the tank to begin reps. the way that the 50 cal machine gun is facing is where you will end up when you exit the tank/IFV, same for the driver. the ideal way to be looking is at the rear of the tank this way when you exit the tank you will be in the rear and safe from danger or getting hit by the armor or any infy in the area. sometimes laying prone and crawling under the tank helps as well.
also, i think it is quicker to spin the turret in 3rd person view.
2. When to Start Spinning the Barrel
as soon as i call a tank position you out you want to start spinning the barrel so your looking at the rear of the tank and ready for your exit.
3. When to Get Out and Start Repairing
once i engage the enemy that's when you want to hop out. if your not sure about i will say "start repping" or "hop out".
sometimes it may help to fire off an RPG at the enemy tank once you get out, just make sure you clear my tank otherwise the blast will only kill you.

Re: Armor Repair 101
Great tips. I always forget to turn the turret Dar enough. It's only hurt me a few times but I'm working on it.
Always good to have the driver tell the reps to get in or out since they have a consistent look at the enemy.

Great advice. I was wondering why it spits you out different places. I was running repairs on our tanks during Golmud Rush the other night. Wish I had theses tips then.
