How often does everyone get that night when no matter what you do you can't fucking sleep?
its hitting me right now and I hate it!! I basically said fuck it so I'm downloading music then to play xbox
Every night my man! It sucks I finally fall asleep around 3 or so and have to be up at 6:30 am.

some things that have been working for me are
1. only 2 cans of soda or 1 energy drink a day, no later than 130-230 pm EST and no sugar after that time as well.
2. no iced tea (crystal light) after 330-4 pm EST at the latest.
3. no water after 730 at the latest.
i've been asleep by 930-10 every night and sleeping through the night, not even waking up to piss. hope it helps.
melatonin helps for me. i take it at 9 pm and wake up feeling good. just dont take it past 10
It's being proved that people struggle to sleep when using electronics before bed as your mind is set on that specific thing.
I recommend reading a book, I know it's fucking shit if you don't like that stuff, but it helped me a ton.

Damn that sucks. My mind is always racing, and its really hard for me to slow down. I tend to just count, and see how high I can get to. Eventually I become more relaxed and my mind drifts off. Within 10 minutes im out cold.
I have add so its hard to get my mind to settle down. I love reading but if I start and the book gets good I can't and won't stop...
