I have enclosed a link about the community mission that DICE talked about to earn gold battlepack. As a community we have to collect 10,000,000 dog tags in a certain time frame. More information is in the link below :

They are over 200,000 knife kills so far..I think it's shows on the one, not sure about 360 though
