Welcome to CAG's 1st Platoon Charlie Company the Doggs !

1st Plt C Company is CAG's very best and is combat capable for any game mode or game. Only the very best are accepted into this Platoon and all its members are held to the highest expectations.

The 1st Platoon will only have a maximum of 39 players and a minimum of 13. Each member of the 1st Platoon will be a part of one of 3 squads that consists of 6-13 members each including each squad's leader.

In order to become part of CAG's 1st Platoon members must be active daily on both xbox live and the forums. Once a member makes it into this unit holding on to the roster spot of this platoon will be more difficult than making it into this platoon.

Absolutely no lone-wolves will be accepted into this platoon and every member must accept a Billet (designated role). The indoctrination into 1st Platoon can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month.

When a player is ready to become a member of 1st Platoon they will be called in for a review to talk about their Billet (designated role) depending on their skill level and overall evaluation. If the player does not accept the Billet being offered to them they will not be allowed to join the 1st Platoon.

Billets for 1st Platoon will range from pointment/rifleman, automatic rifleman, grenadier, sniper, assaultman, close quarter battle team member, designated marksmenfire-team leader, squad leader, platoon sergeant.

1st voice of Communication. Recon and long range precision fire while staying concealed, call out all enemies

Designated Marksman (DM)
Corporal to General 2nd voice of Communication. Long range precision fire, call out all enemies to Team

Squad Leader Corporal to
Sergeant Leader of full Squad of 6 members during games

5811-CAG MP Private to Master Gunnery Sergeant Will maintain good order and discipline, and support the Clan's TOS, COC Chain of Command

Lance Corporal to Staff Sergeant Close Quarter Battle Team Member

0352-Missleman
Lance Corporal to Sergeant
Must always be equipped with some type of air to ground launcher

I will be adding more about the 1st Platoon in the next couple of days. I will also be redoing moving around players from one unit to another depending on their activity.

If you are not active and you find yourself remove from the roster you now know why.

No you guys will request to join and then the extra tryouts will happen. Only clan members can request to join this unit.

Yes Diamon you guys are 1st Platoon

I am not seeing anyone requesting to join the 1st Platoon, if you are not in 1st Platoon you will have a hard time getting into games with us.

Remember, being a part of the 1st Platoon means you are a regular and play with the clan a lot. This is not a popularity scheme but we want to make sure that those who are committed to CAG get to play with other skilled players in public lobbies.

Can I request to join even though I am on my 2 week probation period.?
